A class 10 student was gang-raped in Civil Lines police station area of Moradabad. The accused made a video and made it viral on social media. Police have filed a report against one named and five unidentified persons. A woman living in Civil Lines police station area said that her 14-year-old daughter studies in an inter college located in the area.
On Thursday, the daughter had gone to college. Meanwhile, Sonu Yadav, a resident of Sherua Dharampur in Civil Lines, called her daughter out of the college on some pretext and kidnapped her and took her to a sugarcane field, where his five companions were already present. All the accused raped the student. During this, they also made a video on their mobile.
When the victim raised an alarm, people from the vicinity came, seeing whom the other accused fled, but people caught one of the accused. However, he was also released later. The victim did not tell anything after reaching home, but when her health deteriorated, she narrated her ordeal to her mother.
On Saturday, the objectionable video of the victim also went viral on social media. CO Civil Lines Arpit Kapoor said that on the basis of the complaint, a case has been registered against the accused under various sections including gang rape, POCSO Act, IT Act. The accused are being searched.

A girl was raped by her lover in a hotel in Moradabad Kotwali area. When the girl put pressure on him for marriage, the accused threatened to kill her. The accused lured her into marrying him. During this time, the accused raped her. After this, the accused refused to marry her. Kotwali in-charge Usha Malik said that on the basis of the complaint, a case has been registered against the accused.
